Why would a seller want a home inspection?
It's not typical for a homeowner to get a home insepction on a house that they're going to be selling. That's not to say that their isn't value to be had in getting a home inspection for reasons such as to assist in property condition disclosure, manage repairs ahead of a sale and avoid those stressful negotiations.
