Verbal Walk-through
A verbal walk-through inspection is typically a much quicker type of inspection. It is much less thorough than your standard home inspection as it does not utilize all of the tools in an inspectors aresenal. While less thorough, a walk-through home inspection can be more attracive to home buyers who are turned away from the cost and time is takes to get a full home inspection.
